 😍Continents of the World😍

A continent is any of several large geographical regions. 🌍🌍It is a very large area. Each of these continents includes geographic features. There are seven such continents in the world🌏🌏. They are, 💥💥continent of Asia, continent of Africa, continent of  Australia,  continent of Europe, continent of North America, continent of South America, continent of Antarctica.💥💥

1. continent of Asia💖💖
   Asia, the world's largest and most diverse continent. It occupies the eastern four- fifths of the giant Eurasian landmass. Our country also belongs to the continent of Asia. Also countries like India, Nepal, Pakistan, Indonesia, also belong to this continent of Asia. Asia covers an area of 44,579,000 square kilometers of earths total land  area and 8.7% of earth's total surface area.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

    
2. continent of Africa ☀☀                                                                                                              Africa is the world's second largest and second most populous continent after Asia in both cases. A large number of species also belong to the continent of Africa. Mountain rivers such as Zambisi river, Drakembers mountain Atlas mountains etc belong to this continent of Africa. 3. continent of Australia 💢💢     Australia is the smallest of the seven traditional continents. The continent includes mainland Australia, Tasmania, the island of New Guinea the aru islands the Ashmore and cartier islands  most of the coral sea islands and some other nearby islands. Also, the Kimberley mountain the Great Barrier Reef etc also belong to the continent of Australia.  
4. continent of Europe💘💘  Europe is the second- smallest continent, and it could be described as a large peninsula or as a subcontinent. Several larger islands belong to Europe such as Iceland or the British isles with the UK and Ireland. Countries like England, Netherlands, France etc.  belong to this European continent. European culture is the root of Western civilisation which traces its lineage back to ancient Greece and ancient Rome.

   

   
   
5. continent of North America🌟🌟                                                                                                    North America is a continent in  the Northern Hemisphere and almost entirely within the Western Hemisphere. It is bordered to the north by the Artic Ocean to the east by the Atlantic Ocean to the southeast by south America and the Caribbean sea and to the west and south by the Pacific Ocean. Countries like Canada, Mexico, Alaska also belong to this continent of North America.

6. continent of South America  ✨✨                                                                                                      South America is the fourth largest continent the southern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia and other countries belong to this South American continent. South America has a total area of about 6,878,000 square miles or roughly one-eighth of the land surface of earth.  Also, the Andes mountain range, Horn point, Brazil steam etc.  also belong to the South American continent.

   

    

7. continent of Antarctica🌀🌀     Antarctica is Earth's southern most and least- populated continent. Situated almost entirely south of the Antarctic circle and surrounded by the Southern Ocean, it contains the geographic South pole. Therefore Antarctica is on average the coldest driest and windiest of the continents and it has the highest average elevation. Most of Antarctica is covered by the Antarctic ice sheet with an  average thickness of 1.9 km.
